Udruženje žena “LI-Woman”

Li-Woman advocates for gender justice and women’s rights, demanding equality and equal opportunities, lobbying for criminalisation of femicide, and has participated in drafting the B&H Law on Gender Equality and the Law on Protection from Violence, as well as the Strategy for the Prevention of GBV.

Through this project Li-Woman informs women of their rights, promotes European values, identifying GBV as well as protection and prevention mechanisms. Trainings for women on judicial practice and legislative frameworks; institutional and multi-sector responses; the responsibility of religious communities in GBV prevention; practical self-defense techniques and public campaigns.
