Association of Grahovo Citizens gathers women who work with GBV survivors while advocating for them and holding government institutions accountable for implementing human rights policies and laws. Simultaneously they prevent GBV by raising public awareness through campaigns.
The Project provides care for GBV survivors in the counselling centre and on field. A free of charge 24/7 helpline is up and running for reporting violence, medical/health, legal, psycho-social assistance available. Recruiting and training volunteers. Education of women and sensitising a multi-sector team of experts on GBV. A Protocol on assisting GBV survivors is published and disseminated, in print and online.”
