Irida Women Center

The SHEchange project aims to combat gender-based violence in Thessaloniki, where over 40% of women experience violence. It provides direct support to 300 at-risk women, including emergency services, legal aid, and psychological support. The project also raises public awareness through social media campaigns and surveys to challenge stereotypes.

Additionally, it partners with 50 local businesses to serve as safe spots for victims. By involving community members and authorities, SHEchange seeks to foster a safer, more inclusive environment for all genders in Thessaloniki.
